Release music with us. Let’s do something together.

We would love to build long-term connections with independent scenes, artists and labels outside Poland – including visits, concerts, releases and shared projects.

Do you have finished material that’s been waiting for its moment for months? Or maybe you’re just starting out and don’t know what to do with it yet? Contact us. You don’t need a finished plan, professional mastering, cover art, or experience in music publishing.

We can help you release your album – digitally and/or physically. We can support you with the cover, visual identity, composition (we have graphic designers), mastering, and preparing the material for release (we also have such specialists), and then we can work together to promote it (and leverage our extensive network of contacts). If you’re not sure where to start, we can simply chat and try to find the best path.

But for us, releasing music is just one option…

We can record something together. Collaborate on a project, a split, a remix, or simply meet up and see what comes of it. We can help organize a concert or event—for example, as part of our Avant-Garde Electronic Stage during Underwater Wrocław. We can also join forces with other friendly labels and create something bigger together.

We can talk about equipment, recording, production, concert organization, and promotion. We can exchange knowledge and skills. We can listen to your material and share our thoughts. Or sometimes we can just go to a rehearsal together, chat about music, or grab a beer.

We’re not just looking for “artists to release.” We’re looking for people with whom we can create something new.

You don’t have to be a perfect fit for our catalog. You don’t even have to know exactly what you need from us. If you create music, art, experiment with sound, or have an idea you’d like to collaborate on – drop us a line. It doesn’t even have to be music; all art is always welcome!

Write to us. Send us your material (new or previous, if you’re just planning something new) or ideas for collaboration, and we’ll be sure to get back to you. Or write on panubocze@gmail.com

    Beyond Wrocław

Ubocze REC grew out of the independent scene in Wrocław, but we don’t want our activity to stop at the city or the country.

We are interested in building long-term relationships with artists, labels and collectives from around the world.

Exchange artists. Play each other’s cities. Release music together. Visit each other’s scenes. Make splits, compilations and strange things that don’t have a category yet.

When they ask us… (something like FAQ)

    Can I send you music?

    Yes!

Do you release music outside of Wrocław?

Yes, and I’d love to! We already have releases from Poznań, Krakow, Kruszwica, as well as the Czech Republic, Taiwan, South Korea, and the USA. And that’s not the last word.

    Do you release physical albums?

Yes – it depends on the project and what we can agree on. These are usually small runs (20-30 copies), but it’s quite flexible.

    Does it require mastering?

    No. We can handle that.

Can you help us play in Poland?

    Fur sure we will try.

    Can Ubocze artists play abroad?

Ask, but in general – yes.

Do you have to be a band?

No. At Ubocze, you can also create graphics, photos, crafts, etc., even if we don’t quite know how to use them.

How much does it all cost?

Well, if you want to release an album, we split it 50-50. And the rest? If it doesn’t cost us, it costs you too. DIY forever!

Do you only release electronic music?

No. Electronic music is the starting point (or rather, it was), but that rule is… not a rule.

    What if I don’t have a cover?

We’d be happy to do that! Many people here have this type of talent, so I’m sure we can work something out.

    What about other independent labels?

We are open to cooperation with independent labels, collectives and small music organizations.

    We can work together on:

    co-releases · splits · compilations · artist exchanges · concerts · tours · remixes · physical releases · promotion

Do I need to be from Poland?

No. We are open to artists and labels from anywhere.

Can I release music elsewhere too?

Sure! We can co-publish this with someone or just do it separately.

Can we organize a concert together?

    Yes.

    Questions? Suggestions? Concerns?

    Ask.
